Including the excellent thermal insulation properties they also guarantee a safety operation, undemanding maintenance and log-term life service. SECTIONAL GARAGE GATES

They are constructed of thermo panels of 500 and 610 mm height, the housing of which is made of zinc-plated metal sheet of thickness 0.5 mm on every side. The panel core is filled with polyurethane foam of thickness 39mm, which meets the requirements for energy saving and efficient heat utilization. Thermal and noise insulations are ensured by sealing on the whole perimeter of the gate.
The bottom rubber sealing substitutes the sill and adjusts small unevenness of the floor surface. The single panels are interchanged using hinges and the joints among them are specifically formed in order to avoid shutting your fingers in the gate. The whole system moves on a guide rails by means of wheels with shaft supported on a bearing.

Wood imitation can be reached by applying polyethylene foil even at the production of the panel steel housing. In such a way it comes to origination of more resistant surface treatment than with ordinary paints. Wood imitation is a unique technology which has for gates the advantageous that it retains strength and at the same the wood beauty predominates.

ROLLLING GARAGE GATES

Rolling gates may either thermal-insulated or not thermal-insulated. As insulation it is used polystyrene filling in combination with polyurethane foam.
The basic structural elements are aluminium profiles that are led in steel profiles equipped with sliding strips, bottom sealing rubber and upper sealing brushes.
