TEXTILE LIFTING EQUIPMENT
The most used type of lifting equipment thanking to more suitable properties gradually substitutes the traditional steel type. The material, polyester thread, is lighter and softer; it enables to bind more easily and more safely. The safety factor is 7:1 according to EN-1492-1 (it determines what multiple of its lifting capacity the lifting material must withstand to meet the standard). Polyester lifting materials can be used in a work environment under the temperatures - 40°C to + 100°C.

Endless textile slings
The lifting means is possible to deliver in any length. The standard length of slings in metre multiples are available from the stock. We use to realize a delivery of non-standard long or lifting capacity lings within 14 days.

FIXING SLINGS WITH RATCHET
- the fixing sling with ratchet - fastens the transported load using hooks or by wrapping. The sling length is optional, the length of the double-unit sling fixed part is 0.5 m to 1 m. Depending on the weight and possibility of the load anchoring it is necessary to select suitable fixation and ratchet.

PROTECTIONS OF TEXTILE LIFTING MEANS
Protective cover of PE
Woven of polyester hopsack in a tube form. It is flexible and protects the strap sufficiently against wearing.
Protective cover PE with Velcro fastener
Woven of polyester hopsack. The tube form can be reached by doing up the Velcro fastener, which enables to protect even endless loop over its whole perimeter. For this reason it is more flexible and easily used on more number of slings as well.
Multi GUARD - 1 layer
Woven of polyester thread into a tube form. The external side of the cover is impregnated by a layer of polyurethane resin by virtue of which it is more abrasion resistant.
Multi GUARD - 2 layers
Woven of polyester thread into a tube form. Both the internal and external sides are impregnated by a layer of polyurethane resin.
Kevlar
Woven of polyester thread into a tube form which is reinforced by steel fibres. It is the most resistant against cutting-through or breaking-through.
PVC protection
The rubberized polyester tube is a suitable protection for flat slings which are often used.
Cover on endless loop
Made of polyester soft thread. It is abrasion resistant. The cover tube shall be slipped on both the two parallel sling branches.
Corner protections
Angle protectors that prevents from mutual damaging of the lifting strap and the load having sharp edges.

LIFTING WIRE MEANS
We deliver lifting wire ropes in a workmanship with eyes or endless. The lifting wire means may also be ended in various combinations eye-eye, eye-hook, hook-hook. In combination with suspension and connection members it is also possible to create multi-strand lifting.
